1. Acceptance of these terms

DMS Sports ("the Service") is operated by DMS Infra OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may sign in with an email address and password, or through a third-party sign-in provider such as Google or Facebook. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue load on the Service;
• upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading; or
• misuse the Service through automated means or by exploiting defects.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or behave abusively.

4. Your content

You are responsible for any content you submit through the Service. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, from any downtime, or from third-party services such as sign-in providers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
