Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 May 2026

1. Who we are

DMS Sports is operated by DMS Infra OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "our"), which is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address, and — if you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google or Facebook — your profile photo and the identifier provided by that provider.
  • Preferences: settings you choose, such as your language.
  • Content and usage data: information you submit through the Service and basic records of how you use it.
  • Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

  • create and manage your account and provide the Service to you;
  • communicate with you, for example to send account-related emails;
  • keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and resolve problems; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sign-in providers

If you choose to sign in with a third-party provider such as Google or Facebook, we receive basic profile information from them — typically your name, email address, and profile photo — to create and access your account. We do not post anything to those services on your behalf. Each provider's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

5. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service — such as cloud hosting and email delivery providers — and only as far as needed for them to provide their services to us. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights. Any information you choose to make public within the Service may be visible to other users.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data stays protected in line with applicable law.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

8. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights or to delete your account, contact us at [email protected]. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also use Facebook's data-deletion request, which we honour. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version, and we will communicate significant changes through the Service where appropriate.
